He will be happy to take your money but if there is a problem he will never return your call . My system is worse now then before it was so called fixed. If you ask me I could have done a better job
Mr. Declue scheduled 3 appointments with us to cal the septic and put an alarm on it he didn't show up to any of the appointments and called the day after he was supposed to arribe. The last appointment he didn't even bother calling. I would never call this company to do anything because they never show up. I wouldn't even give him a 1 star rating!
Came when I needed help for a lot less than other Septic companies. He had only come to clean the system for me, but told me that was not the problem. He found the problem which had been there since we moved in last year and fixed it for free. I would recommend DeClue and will use them again.
